Please use the following link to register speech contestants and their families for the conference. You have the option to pay online or indicate that a check will be provided for their meals. If you have any questions or need assistance with the speech contest registration, please contact Leann Buck at 208-573-9114. Leann is leading the speech contest for the conference and currently cannot access her federal email, so phone calls are preferred.
- Boots in the Mud Award
The "Boots in the Mud" award honors individuals who have shown outstanding dedication and service to their community, especially through direct, hands-on efforts. Symbolizing hard work and perseverance, this award highlights those who go above and beyond, making a real difference by tackling challenges head-on and inspiring others to do the same. Sponsored by the Idaho District Employee Association (IDEA), this award honors employees who consistently prioritize teamwork and make significant contributions to the success of the team.

- Cloud 9 Collaborator Award
The Cloud 9 Collaborator-Team Player Award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional collaboration, support, and contribution within their District and Division, as well as with natural resource partners. Sponsored by the Idaho District Employee Association (IDEA), this award honors employees who consistently prioritize teamwork and make significant contributions to both their district as well as natural resource partners.

- District Employee of the Year
The Idaho District Employee award is presented annually at the IASCD Conference. The winner will not be announced prior to the conference. However, the nominating party will be notified if their nominee is selected and will be responsible for ensuring the winner is present at the Awards Banquet at conference.

The Helping Hands Award honors individuals who go out of their way to provide a helping hand, listening ear or guidance. Sponsored by the Idaho District Employee Association (IDEA), this award honors employees who consistently show up for those around them!

The Mountain Mover Award presented to acknowledge District staff who demonstrate exceptional performance in various areas including creativity, innovation, leadership, customer service, teamwork, professionalism, adaptability, continuous learning, community involvement, and maintaining a positive attitude. Sponsored by the Idaho District Employee Association (IDEA), this award honors employees who consistently overcome significant challenges and obstacles.

- Rookie Rockstar Award
The "Rookie Rockstar" award honors a newcomer who excels early, surpassing expectations and making a notable impact. This award goes to those who quickly become valuable team members by offering fresh perspectives, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. This award is for staff who have been in their role with the Division for 2 years or less. Sponsored by the Idaho District Employee Association (IDEA), this award honors employees who consistently prioritize teamwork and make significant contributions to the success of the team.
